Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I do not want to divorce my wife but she and my father in law demanded divorce only because we are Ismaili and they consulted some muftees who told them that Nikah with Ismailis is not Jaez. I have a child (SON) of one year. she is in her fathers house for the last two months and demanding for Talaq. what to do?
