Legal Question in Family Law in India

i want divorce. my wife live seperately for about two years. even though we have a son of 3.5yrs. Son stays with my wife.

Reason of seperation is she demands to: 1.Get transfer to her nearby place.

2.Deposit all the dowry money to Joint Account of My and wife.

3.My mother should not meet me for a period of three to five years.

4.I must live seperately with my mother.

5.If not able to meet point 1. to 4 except point 2 i must leave my Govt. Job and buy Auto Rikshaw and stay nearby place to my wife residence.

My relative intervien to solve the problem. Her father requested that to give guarantee that nothing will happen to My wife

I am feeling helpless

file a petiton for divorce on the ground of desertion.you can also file a case for the vcustody of the child and seek visitation rights. for further query contact 9312411481.
