i want to take a divorce and i and my wife and the parents of both the parties are ready for divorce and we want to notrised in front of notary and our parents are ready by mutal consent. wheather it is valid.

notarized divorce is not valid. a divorce by mutual consent needs to be filed in court of competent jurisdiction.

notarise divorce is not valid in india so you have to file a divorce petition thriug mutual consent.
