i want to take divorce from my wife as she does not allow me to have sex with her right from my marriage(2 years) as she fears of pain while having sex

You may file the case on the grounds of cruelty which has been caused by your wife for not allowing you to have sex with her. It is a good ground.

first you have to consult any doctor and got in writing that you both dont have any sexual relationship. Then you can annul your marriage also.
