Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I am divorced and my three children are in my custody as duly written by my ex-husband in my divorce deed. I recently obtained a guardianship certificate from the court for my children. Now, I have to take my children abroad in Saudi Arabia as I got the job there. There is a clause written in my guardianship certificate:

"Provided that he/she (myself) will not take the minor(s) beyond the jurisdiction of this Court without prior permission except for occasional visits, and he/she will inform this Court about any change in the address of minor (s) promptly."

What I need to ask is, what should I do now that I need to leave the country with my children? Only qualified lawyers may answer. Thanks.

you will have to submit an application stating your intended visit to abroad and seek the permission o the court. thats all . otherwise it could damage you in future litigation.

you have been oppointed as guardian for the person and property subject to the permission of court as the court is the orignal guardin of minors and this power and authority is delegated to you on your application .

so you are bound to submit another application for the permission to tkae the minors abroad and that permission will be subject to furnishing suraty bonds to court.
