How can the Divorced Husband and Wife reunite legally after almost two years have been passed after Ex-parte Divorce Decree under HMA, in favour of the Husband ?

Can Husband move an application for cancellation of Divorce Decree.

Custody of Children lies with the Husband.

Both Divorced Husband and Wife are in Govt. Service.

Just get married as usual. No court permission from the court who granted divorce is required.
