Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

I am divorced with two kids. My daughter is 15years old. Now she is staying with me. Child custody is not yet decided i have filed a case in the court. At this moment if i remarried will that custodianship will go aganist me? My daughter wants to live with me. Court will give preferenc to her choice ?

Lots of things need to consider to determine better custodian between father and mother. Prime issue is child's welfare. Your question is too short that does not carry necessay information. Be noted that if mother remarry she looses weight to father even if he remarries. However nothing is absolute. Your daughters choice is also countable. I advice you to talk to a good lawyer near you and decide after taking full advice from him
