I have got divorced with mutul consent and got decree .after She files 498A compliant in mahila thana Qus.1) Court has given permission to visit my 5.5 yrs old son with her custody but she is not providing schedule for visit.Now what to do?2) Can she claim on behalf of minor son on my property in my name or ancestors property after divorce .I have given one time settlement amount in child's name and she is working.3)If I file a case on court to execute visiting rights what reciprocal case she can file?

If the decree mentions about your visitation right, you need to file an execution petition in the same court. No reciprocal case is made out. Now coming to property rights, the child's property right does not vanish by virtue of settlement at divorce. So, child may sill claim. But I need to see the order to guide you better.
