Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Hi.

I got divorced 8 years back and I have a son from that marriage.he turned 7 two months back .My ex husband has filed custody case of my son. I need to ask does the court ask child whom he wants to live with. He wants to live with me and doesn't want to live with his father.

Kindly guide.

I am a doctor... I got married after dvorce and have one son and daughter fron second marriage.

Please guide me about the case.

Yes m your child has right to make intelligence preference as he is 7 years old. why he does't file a suit 8 years before ...?

whether he is also married...? is he paying maintenance of minor regularly...? thee all questions ll be relevant to the case and court ll decide the case after considering welfare of minor.

Nothing to worry but he can get the right to visit his son if he pays the maintenance of minor,
