Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

we got divorced since last 4 years. my ex husband already got married 3.5 years ago & he has a girl also. i have a boy 8 years old who is living with me. now my ex huabend wants to take my son from me but i dont want. m service holder & till not get married. what can i do now for the custody of my boy & legally can i get him?
