Legal Question in Family Law in India

divorced 9yrs before have two daughters.elder is 22 and younger is 17yrs.custody with husband but children were staying with wife bcos not taking care.in between used to provide maintainces but not providing now.he is married and his wife has got one son from her first marrige.how could my children get maintainces now

your younger daughter can claim maintenance till she attains the age of 18.
