Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a divorcee with a child. I remarried a man i met on a marriage site. After several years i have discovered that he was not divorced legally and his wife still lives at his parents house. now my husband is abroad. I have filed for nullity of marriage under section 11. His father has POA and my husband has agreed not to oppose this. I am told that Ahmedabad family court also allows deposition by videoconferencing. My father in law is coming with the poa to attend first hearing. What are my chances of getting my marriage declared null and void?
