I Dnt want divorce from my husband but he wants separation..... is there any legal condition that provide us,me and my children,financial security.

Dear client if u donot want separation then u can file case of restitution of conjugal rights to save the marriage. As well as if yr husband file divorce then u can ask huge amount as alimony for u and kids. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

If you have suffered domestic violence then you could file a case under the domestic violence act, or a case under 125CrPC for maintenance for you and your children.
