Legal Question in Family Law in India

Due to lots of torture in my husband family I bound to file DV case.

I appear in the court several time some times my husband also appear in the court.

Since the case is in lower court and I higher govt lawyer court procedure is very much slower than usual.

Till date judge did not ask me what is happen with me.

when the date is fix for hearing, my husband file for "criminal verification" in the district court.

MY Question is

1.what is criminal verification?

2.Is the case is transfer to the district court(which is far from my parental house)?

Firstly, a complaint under D.V.Act is heard by Magistrate not the Dist. judge. Secondly, there is nothing like criminal verification. And lastly, only high court can transfer the case from one district to another.
