Legal Question in Family Law in India
In my DVC case my husband challenged the district court order in High Court. Highcourt given condition that half of the amount as monthly maintenance (in district court maintenance amount) and arrears with in 5 weeks of the date of the order but not mentioned any thing abt compensation which ordered by district court.
Now what step should i take in this as my lawyer not advising abt this just he put vakalat in highcourt. Before this i requstd my lawyer for send EP from district court to my husband but he has not done. He waited till my husband approched highcourt. In my own chckd and find the order of highcourt website. Till date my lawyer not told abt the Order given by highcourt (which i mentioned above).If i ask what happend he is telling i hv to chck in highcourt whether any stay has given. Nxt steps what i have to take pl. advise me sir

if you are not happy with your lawyer please change him. You did not file any execution petition. iHas the highcourt granted any interim orders. we will have to study the file and orders to advice you on the issue. for further query contact 9312411481.
dear client if yr husband has not deposit the ordered amount in court then u can apply in highcourt to vacate the stay or if he deposit the amount file application for its withdrawla

In case no stay is given by high court then you can file execution petition in district court and you can take the certified copy from the high court.
