Legal Question in Family Law in India

In my DVC case Judgement given and maintenance, compensation sanctioned. And also seperate Maintenance case also running can we continue the case ? can i and my 6 yrs son get maintenance in this? Whether we have to inform court that we hv sactioned by the court details in maintenance judge?
