Legal Question in Family Law in India
In my DVC case Lower court awarded 500/- per month in the yr 2011 we dont have any paper proof abt my husband business or his property details. Only my mother fried given witness that he is doing business.(He told in lower that he is Daily wages kooli. Sir but he studies B.SC and maintaining Poultry Farm on his mothers name. All the documents are on their brother and mother name.)
After that i appeal in district court after 2 yrs dist. crt awarded 4000/- and 2 lacs as compensation.
My husband went to highcourt. The High court suspended dist.court order condition 2000/- per month and arrear with in weeks to be paid by him. He deposited 2000/- on said date by court. Arears not yet. still time is there (up March 15th. Sir now the Highcourt again refer for our proofs ? How can i collect the proofs ? Again Highcourt will cancel district court order and support lower court order? In this situation what steps have to take by me. Now my lawyer put Vakalath. But he is not giving any of information. (The intreim judgement given by high court also not told i checked in Website of highcourt and find the details) Sir, If i change Lawyer after vakalat is any problem to my case? (Judge may misunderstand)? Now what steps in highcourt i have to take? pl. advise me sir.
