Legal Question in Family Law in India

In DVC case running from yr 2009 after 2 yrs in 2011 given only 1000/- againwe approached and again put the DVC ysday they announted orally as partial judgement and given Rs.10000/- and 5 lacs as compensation. But printed copy not taken by my daughter they told after 2 days will get the prtd. copy what patial judgement against my daughters husband can go to highcourt? pl. advise us sir. My daughter hv one 6 old son also.

The appeal can be filed only when the copy of the order is ready.
