Legal Question in Family Law in India

In my DVC case V Metropalitien mejistrate of hyderabad awarded 6 k per month and 2 lacs as compensation. If my husband want to go for revision to which court? and if he go for that what about my monthly maintenance and 2 lacs compensation? whether he has to pay and go to Higher court or he can stop paying this amount. Pl. advise me sir.

there is a period of revesion/appeal given by the court in that period he can file the appeal. The higher court may impose a condition on him before hearing the appeal/revesion.
