Legal Question in Family Law in United Arab Emirates

am an Egyptian muslim lady and my husband is Nigerian muslim, I have a 1 year old daughter and want to file a divorce, due to lack of financial support from husband plus taking over 300k and never return,

I want custody which he refused,

is the law on my side regarding custody?

can I ban him from travelling with her out of UAE?

how about the alimony or child expanses?

and how about his visiting rights?

Hi,

You can file for Divorce before the jurisdictional Family Court and put in all your prayers in your said Petition. For recovery of the money paid you can also file a Civil Suit and request the Court to issue a Travel ban.
