Legal Question in Family Law in India

My elder brother will get divorced from his wife.If the new law with sharing Inherited property of husband gets passed in Parliament then my brother will have to share his Inheritable property the house which still belongs to my father and me and my younger sister.
Please let me know the law points by which my father can safeguard his property as neither my brother or his wife should have any rights on it as they never cared for him.
I would request respected lawyers to give the way to safeguard our property if my elder brother gets divorce and if he does not have any money to pay alimony and maintenance.
