I am eligible for maintenance but how to prove my husbands salary as he says he doesn't earn much . in my 5 years of marriage i could not get to know his salary . how will i get proof of his income

Instead of income proof, you may produce expense proof. Irrespective of income-proof, you are entitled to same level of maintenance as per "his standard of living" at the time of separation.
