Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi , I was engaged to a girl on 3rd Jan 2014 after that I don't like her, because she is not good.i don't want to marry her.but the engagement photos and videos are there. Will it be any problem if I refused to marry her. What kind of legal actions they may file with police.will it be any problem for our whole family.

Did u engage without seeing her? If u refuse,they might file a police complaint/FIR u/s 406, 420 etc. You and whole family members were implicated in the case. Better convince them by giving a good excuse.
