Enter your question here... meri problem ye h ke m ek ladki se true love karta hu or wo be karti h, or hum shaadi karna chathe h, but humare gharwale tayar nai thy, humne arya samaj mandir me registration be karwa liya tha shaadi ka, but fir be hum shaadi nai kar sake , kyoki ladki k gharwalo ne usy emotionly blackmail karke forcefully uski shaadi kai or kar de.

ab wo ladki bhot dukhi h, wo ladki us ( se alag hona chathi h jis se uski shaadi hui h, shaadi ko ek month hua h abi,

or us ladke ko be pta chal chuka h ke wo mere saath relation me h

please koi fastest way btaay taki wo jaldi se jaldi us ladke se alag ho jaay divorce lekar..,.hum dono bhot pareshan h

usne us ladke ko bta be diya h ke wo uske saath nai rehna chathi, but us par koi asar nai ho rha

please koi aisa tarika btaay taki wo jaldi se jaldi divorce lekar us se alag ho jaay, or agar wo ladka divorce dene ko tayar nai ho to kya wo akeli divorce le sakti h ?

Dear Mr.

Second Marriage is Illegal from the beginning. Her marriage with the person with whom she is staying is void ab-initio (Illegal from the beginning). She has to file for nullity of marriage in the court citing her prior marriage with you and has to produce the original certificate in the court.
