What is the estimated fees to file quashing of FIR for false 498 A case in High court? As we paid the half of the amount of total settled money, I got the first statement of motion. Please help me with the fees as I am not sure about the fees which a particular lawyer demands for these cases. Usually in how many days/months the FIR gets quashed?

there is no criteria for fee.
For quashing a good lawyer demand from Rs.25k and a senior lawyer may demand for 5 lac also.
Good High court lawyers usually take full fee in advance.
No time fix for quash. it is from 2 months to 2 years depends upon your lawyers expertness and judge mood.
