what evidences are required for proving adultery of a female. Very frequent phone and sms (approximately 10-11 calls per day + average of 300 sms per day with timing ranging from 3am to 12 night) with some other male, Is such a phone record can suffice as a proof of adultery.

SIr, in cases of adultery normally you do not get direct evidence as it is not done openly but the things can be proved by circumstantial evidence and the Phone details and the Sms can be a valid proof if you can present them with proper care and help of expert person who can state that they are original recordings and are not manipulated and further the phone No details should show that it belongs to her and you can also get the other persons details through court process and prove your case.
