Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got ex-parte divorce last year.Ex-husband is working in U.S.A.My doubt is whether my ex-parte divorce will be set aside as he is abroad.The court notice was send to both home(India) address and U.S. address.But he did not show up.I am planning to re-marry as its been a year since the ex-parte divorce order.Please guide on this matter.

Dear client as u send notice to both address then u can remarry after 90 days from ex party order. Go ahead
