Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi Experts,

I belongs hindu family and I've 3 sons, I want to division my property only to two sons. I won't give any portion of my property to my one son. Property is register in my & my wife's name. Can I do so ? if "yes" then what is option available for me.

Does it make any difference if, i get the property in inheritance from my father.

I wanted to make legal/registered, so that it will not hurt me in future.

Please suggest! I am very helpless situation.

Need your valuable advice.
