Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Experts,, I would like to know is MCD is Challengable in future,, whereas my wife hd taken a mcd from me giveing away my son aged about 1.2yrs,, sep-2013 final decree passed,, Just she was more behind geting divorce from so she handed over son to me stating that ,,,,child will remain with the father( Petioner 2) until he attends majority an without any Visitation rights..... she was caught haveing affairs with 2 men at the same time when my child was 6mnths old, an continueing til now as i have seen through my eyes, i just want to know now by the force of her parents thy have aproached a lawyer for child, an im stil unmarried.. its been 1.5yrs i have takeing care of my son alone puting him to daycare, my mother is in abroad(workeing),, she was the 1 who took divorce from me an her lawyer an handed over 1,5yrs son to me,, tis was sep- 2013,, Pls help,, in answering my queries,, but im stil waiting for my wife to change an show future for my son an me...

Your question is not clear. However, since you have custody of the child, that may help you in divorce case also.
