Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My ex-spouse lie under oath in the Family Court. I have clear proves (Beyond Reasonable doubts) of this criminal act. The case is almost finished. I want to now proceed according to Pakistan Penal Code and want my ex-spouse to face Criminal Justice system for lie under oath. How can I got justice for this. Please guide me in that.
