Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am facing the case of DV act from last 3 yrs. I have filed the application for meeting right with my minor child. Court accepted the application but asked me that I also need to satisfy the court that court can decide this application in favour of father as DV act is for women only.

Any advice or judgement of HC or SC

no according to sec 21 of the DV act the father can also seek visitation rights. pl read the section it is very clear on the issue.
