false 498a, false complaint case, false 125 etc. wife is not ready to come and live with husband. court is not giving any divorce in such a situation after 7-8 years long waiting if husband remarry without divorce then what could be the possibility of 494, is he can be punished ? can false cases were considered while proceeding in case of 494 case?
