A family court passaed an order in adissolution of marriage also one basis being KHULA that as the plaintiff failed to pay dower amount to her husband(defendent ) ther fore suit is dismissed.Now to whom to file appeal anainst this ORDER>

I, how long you had been married, II, how much was the dower amount III, did u also claimed maintenance.

Failure on the part of the wife to pay the consideration for the divorce, would not invalidate the divorce, PLJ-2010PESH-HC-33,PLD2009
