Legal Question in Family Law in India

The family Court pronounced their verdict of a two line that the petition has been dismissed on 4-10-2013 recorded only in the Court diary. The copy of the full judgement is not yet ready despite an application made to the Court, today, 14-10-2013. I would like to know your considered view as to when the 30 day limitation to appeal to the High Court commences and would get over.
