i have not understood your question. I think you had posted a similar query earlier too. if you are cousins then the registration of marriage not possible. Is your family agrewable for the match?? Is it allowed in your community. Legally such marriages are within the forbiddeen degrees and are void marriage.

Your query is not clear . If it comes under degrees of prohibited relationship then you cannot until custom and usage allow to do so.
