Legal Question in Family Law in India
my father had two daughters and one son. i(elder daughter ) was married in 1993. my father and my brother are not likely to give our(me and my sister) share of property till now. we belongs to Andhra Pradesh state in India. We all faith in Hinduism. How can we claim our share of property now.

It is always advisable to hold talks before initiating legal action. In case they are adamant and the property is self-acquired by your father, you have no right but if it is ancestral, you may seek legal action.
