my father was died in oct, 2009 and i have got my father job in s.vuniversity in sbi bank my father was receiving a loan 190000 in sep, 2009 the sbi bank was give nodues to my daddy account after 1year sbi give notice to me pay the loan amount but my financial problem not pay the loan after 3years my mother was died on may 2013 and my sister and me also married sbi bank was notice to shoority person for pay the loan amount if the loan amount iam responsible to pay loan amount or not tell me please for reply

You have not mentioned as to which type of loan it is: either secured or unsecured.
