Legal Question in Family Law in India

my father died recently without will.

mother is alive. living with me. i am only son. have 2 sisters... married.

father had bought house for each one of us .. me & my sisters. but all properties r in his name.

now i want to know if my sisters can file a claim for share in my house as well. ( my plot is 3 times bigger).

can my mother transfer our house in my name....

if the property belongs to ur father then all legal heirs have equal rights and ur mother can transfer her rights to any one
