Legal Question in Family Law in India
My father is not willing to distribute the property among my brothes me and my mother. He is also not letting us to live in his house. We are living in my mother's father house since last ten years. Now what steps should I take to get part in that property.

In case the property is self acquired by your father, then you have no right to claim the share. Your mother has a right to live in that property along with her children.
