Legal Question in Family Law in India

my father wants a divorce from my mother which is his first wife, they are married for 30 plus years and i am his son used to takecare of his business. I have four sisters the youngest one is 21 years old and we are totally dependent on him. My question is that do we have rights to claim some of his property or shares.

If the property is self acquired then its your father's wish if the property is ancestral then you all can claim for your shares.
