hello my father do domestic violence and exploitation of my mother from childhood now i am working and living with my husband who are muslim but we are living happily,before two years my father beat my mother so badly and force her to left home my mother came to me with my two brothers who are studying,from that day he not asking or call my mother or my brothers i am paying for everything,now my father is saying that he is going to do second marriage so, he is in government job what action i can take against him

First of all complaint against him at his office. Secondly file 125 Cr.PC. proceedings for maintenance against him through your mother and brothers. Ask you mother to complaint against him to the area magistrate u/s 12 of DV Act. In case he re marries then complain against him u/s 494 IPC to the local police station. You have no locus to take any action only your mother can ..including complain under domestic violence act,maintenance under125 cr.pc and other civil and criminal remedies.
