when the father (govt. employee) is ready to take the custody of both the children and he has also filed application for the same, is he liable to pay the maintenance for children, when mother is also a government employee?

Father filed divorce petition on the basis of physical cruelty, proof with court.

Maintenance already awarded u/s 24, can wife filed application u/s 125 cr pc AND also for grant of interim maintenance under domestic violence act?

Wife not living with husband and other family members since 2004, can she file Domestic Violence Act, 2005 against husband and his family members in 2008?
