Legal Question in Family Law in India
my father is a govt. servant, he is not providing fund to maintain my family so i like to take necessary legal action. is there any possibility to restrict his activities of spending to his own sisters

dear client if u r below 18 years age then u can ask maintenance for u from father by filing case under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. or yr mother can ask maintenance if she is not earning. for any legal help call me
