Legal Question in Family Law in India

my father in law had 10 sons. all are well settled except the 9th one(unmarried too). So he gifts his property(which he earned through his own personal income) through gift deed to his 9th son and make my husband as nominee as he is the youngest of all. i.e. 10th son. Now he got married. So we want to transfer the nominee to his wife name.Now my question is whether we have to make the changes or the law will automatically held her wife as nominee
