my father left a propriety in which i was staying with my mother and did all the renovation work of the flat as it was agreed that my brother had got money from my father to by another flat and it was decided at the time of my father alive that the division was made that as my brother recd money to buy a flat this flat of my father would be mine. he had made a will and taken noc from my brothers and sisters and same was registration with mulund court and same will was given to mother . the will was such that my mother was made legal hier and later I was legal heir the same was kept with my mother. after my father expired , but due to small petty fights between my mother and wife . I was told to move from house and the will my mother tore will prepared by my father and prepared another will in which she mentioned name of my brother and two sisters exculding me . my question is am I eligible for the share in this flat or no

yes, you are still the owner of the property. you take a certified copy of the will of your father from the court and apply for probate of your fathers will in your favour but only after the death of your mother. since your mother had life time interest in the property
