Legal Question in Family Law in India

My father has been live n relationship with another woman 24 years. My mother is my fathers 1st n legal wife but until she doesn't asked anything nor he hasn't given anything;He is Exe servicemen(Army) nowadays He will retire from SBH.What benefits shall gate my mother n legal action against him?
