Legal Question in Family Law in India
my father married twice to a woman married thrice. He has 2 sons from his first wife and she has 1 son and 1 daughter from her first husband and none from the second. Both sons are legally adopted by the woman. What rights do these two adopted sons have with regards to the properties in the name of the mother, If the mother dies intestate? if she wills her two children ( in this case a son and a daughter) can the 2 sons take legal action. If so, what actions can they take to protect their rights according to the Indian law

The adopted sons inherit equally with other children from her first husband. She is free to deal with her self-acquired property her way and therefore if she chooses to make a will in favour of any of her child / children, others cannot challenge.
