My father was married to women and have son, 1st wife left the home and married to another person and then she died. he again married my mom and from my own mom we are 2 brothers. there are property in my mothers name. what will be his right. my mother want to make will.

Since your mother wants to make a Will, she can transfer it to anyone as she likes. No right of father on this property.
