My father was married to women and have son, 1st wife left the home and married to another person and then she died. my father again married my mom and from my own mother we are 2 brothers. my father also died .there are property in my mothers name. (conveyance deed in my mothers name)what will be rights of stepson on stepmother property?
There is also residence property which is on my mothers name but after my fathers death step brother make an affidavit and mention that he has also share in residence property and that time we all give sign. so now can he claim on this residence property?
