Legal Question in Family Law in
my father owened a factory and my name was not included in the board of directors .he is dead now and no will has been made .my uncles are shareholders .my question is "shall i be still entiteled to the to be the share holders ?

if your father is the owner and not the company, then you alone or along with you other legal heirs of your father will be entitled to the property and not the share holders of the company.

in case there is no will and you not in the board of directors, i do not think that other uncles of yours would like you to become the director. still you may check with company law board or a good CA.
